The Operations & Facilities Management Industry Diploma
develops functional managers into a broader
multi-disciplinary management role.
Introduction
This two-day course is a general
management program focusing on the roles
of an operations, facilities or property
supervisor.
Advanced
This three-day course has been developed
to overview the technical role of an
operations, facilities or property
manager who is responsible for the
management of a team and outsourced
consultants.
Industry Diploma
To gain Operations and Facilities
Management Industry Diploma, a candidate
can either:
i. complete a workplace-based assignment
ii. complete Property Asset Management
